
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders to help you stay on track. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Canceled appointments after 48hrs may incur a minimum fee of $75, while no-shows will be charged $150. Our team will explain any applicable fees at the time of booking to ensure transparency.​

We have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, if you exceed this time you will be required to reschedule your appointment to ensure the appointments of other clients are maintained.

APPOINTMENTS
Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments a few weeks to ensure you get the day and time you want. At the time of booking, we’ll ask for a credit card or gift certificate number to guarantee your appointment, some appointments may also require a non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment time. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your first appointment to fill out intake paperwork, it may also be completed in advance using your online account.

If you’re running late, please give us a call so we can make the necessary adjustments to your appointment.
