LIP FILLERS
Dermal fillers are used to help restore volume loss, facial sagging and wrinkles. As we age, our skin undergoes significant changes with loss of volume, movement of our fat pads under our cheeks and even skeletal bone remodeling. Our goal is to help restore the volume to give your face a more youthful, and rested appearance. We use several different types of fillers including Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse and RHA. Hyaluronic acid is a natural sugar found in our skin to help us retain water and volume. As we age, we lose hyaluronic acid from our skin, causing our skin to lose volume and structure. Juvéderm and Juvéderm Voluma are dermal fillers made of hyaluronic acid (HA) – a material that is a naturally present in the skin, joints and tissues of all living things. It plays an important role in moisturizing your skin and helps give skin its elasticity. Dermal fillers help to restore the volume loss with aging and restore the youthful appearance of the skin. These products replenish natural hyaluronic acid and hydrate the dermis by absorbing and holding the water molecules, giving your skin back its volume and initial form. We can use fillers in many different areas in your face. We offer beautiful lip fillers for your lips. We can go soft or very plump. It all depends on you. We also offer cheek fillers to give you a more youthful appearance. We have chin fillers and can help you get rid of that stubborn double chin fat. Come in today for a consultation. We can use many different fillers for mild wrinkles and folds. We can also help to restore and repair moderate to severe creases & folds. We use a stronger filler for an instant lift of the mid-face, helping restore volume loss with aging, restoring the youthful appearance of the face. Many of our fillers are formulated to last up to 1 year. During the procedure, we use a topical numbing cream to decrease any discomfort. These products are also available with lidocaine (numbing agent) to significantly reduce injection site discomfort. Dr Maragh will select the best product regimen for you. The number of syringes will depend on the degree of wrinkles, loss of volume and what needs to be treated to give an overall beautiful result.
PRIMARY CARE
Establishing trust with your Primary Care Physician is key to maintaining overall health and wellness. Dr Maragh is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has worked in the ER, Urgent Care and a Family Practice Clinic. Primary care physicians have a vast knowledge of many aspects of physical health and can apply that knowledge to your unique medical conditions and concerns. She has worked with a variety of patients and can treat patients at every stage of life. Whether you’re transitioning into adult medicine, battling chronic illness, or staying healthy with annual checkups, we are experienced and ready to provide the care you need. We are pleased to offer Annual and Sports Physicals, as well as management for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, UTI’s, Low Back Pain, Telemedicine visits and so much more. Dr Maragh also specializes in Women’s Health Care and is also able to assist in your care for sexual health concerns, menstruation, menopause, birth control, thyroid and hormonal issues. It is recommended that everyone visit their Primary Care Physician once a year for an annual wellness exam. As a primary care provider, we can also provide referrals to specialists and guide you to the proper source for emergency or urgent care.
